Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
* You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
* Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
* All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your return is approved, our team will provide the return address and instructions.

Need a different size?
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items.
To request an exchange:
* Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
* The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
* Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item.
* Customers are also responsible for the delivery fee for shipping the replacement item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll help you choose an alternative or process a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
